Chocolate Milk and the Lost Generation

In France cell phones have been banned in schools for students under 15. And in the United States there is a movement afoot to follow suit lest the country end up with "a looming public health crisis" or even a "lost generation."

Meanwhile, back in New Brunswick, party leaders campaigning ahead of the province's September election are debating a school ban on—wait for it—chocolate milk.

Is this a great country, or what?
